As an entrepreneur and creator for more than a decade, Dudu can attest to the episode of breath loss and stress in every sphere of human and business growth and development, especially during transitioning faces that can lead to the derailment of self-purpose and growth. Diagnosed with hypertension as a result about a decade ago at the age of 32, he was soaked in panics and fear, and the quest to find a way out of the pain and strain while still remaining in the battle to succeed gave birth to Breathonomy and human spiritual equilibrium practice.
The understanding that everything is an equilibrium of connections. And these connections determine our fulfillment stage after stage and how good we are able to breathe and lead our lives.
The relationship we build, our state of health, the work we do, the places we go, the way we see ourselves, etc. culminate to determine our state of human spiritual equilibrium
By constantly identifying, FOCUSING, anticipating, preparing, and seeking to build and upgrade the most important equilibrium in things that matters to us, using the power of breath and targeted resilience training, we are able to overcome the inevitable stressors that will come our way, overcome addictions and loss of self-control, heal, and eliminate or confront unwanted troubles, become better creators.
