Welcome to the Ehoho breathing challenge and planks known as planks and breaths.
This challenge ranges from a 15 seconds plank and breathing position up to 10 minutes.
You can start the challenge as simple and short as possible and gradually grow your way with time but in all instances, make sure you concentrate on your breath.
Assume a plank position with your arm at the same level as your shoulders breathe in and slowly breathe out (preferably through your mouth).
The planks and breaths challenge can be done in several plank positions. Please ensure to follow the proper plank position to avoid injuries.
Objective – Increase your resilience through resistance and deep breaths and help you attain your prime focus point.
