Who is Dudu?
Born on 19th March 1982 in Benin City, Nigeria.

Dudu is from a large polygamous family. His life experience with stress started at a young age. Kicked out of the family house by his dad at the age of 9, with his mom and 3 brothers, not sure of their next housing. Since those early ages, Dudu has had the belief that there was something to make out of life. His mission was to reach a life where fulfillment is acknowledged.
His quest was to reach that dreamed point of happiness. The path, however, was filled with hurdles and trials.
The journey
Some time ago, Dudu was very much in need of remedies to help change the course of the stressful conditions and health decline he was drenched in. Every avenue researched and recommended required a complete change of routes and lifestyle from the ones he was accustomed to, plus they were mainly to subdue rather than eliminate the conditions, and also could not be sustained for an extended period.

Dudu having grown up with the intention to create a change. To be the change. After many years of experimenting to find out what truly works, the Breathonomy practice was born.
He is now a proud reality-based, stress-free performance mentor and coaching artist. The founder and author of Breathonomy – the art of human mind and body equilibrium.

The community is built to help you heal and take full control of your breath and build the equilibriums of relationships, purpose, and principles as stress-free as possible in balance through breathwork and RESILIENCE practice with the understanding that taking control is the acceptance of imperfections.
As an entrepreneur and creator for more than a decade, Dudu can also attest to the episode of breath loss and stress in every sphere of business growth and development, especially during transitioning phases or when faced with a sudden and challenging event that can lead to the derailment of focus and control. That can lead to a diminished ability to create. And how the cracks that we carry through life can stop us from having peace and reaching targeted goals. The derailment of our mind and body balance. The break in our life and business balance.
After experiencing a near-death situation when he collapsed into a severe panic attack and was only revived using the power of breath with the last oxygen he could wrestle one faithful morning, he realized he needed to study what was in the power of respiration that saved him, and so a journey of remarkable findings was launched.
Through the struggle and pain of living below optimum, the quest to put together all that was learned from self-examinations and the discoveries he came across, including other self-development practices from a broad range of platforms into a sustainable technique, gave birth to the practice of Breathonomy. That is the concept of equilibrium. The understanding that the push for solutions must begin at the middle point of any given factor.
The understanding that everything is an equilibrium of relationships and connections. These connections determine our fulfillment stage after stage and how good we are able to breathe and lead our lives.
The relationships we build, our state of health, the work we do, the places we go, the way we see ourselves, etc., culminate to determine our state of body and mind equilibrium
By constantly identifying, FOCUSING, anticipating, preparing, and seeking to build and upgrade the most important equilibrium in things that matters to us, using the power of breath and targeted resilience training, we are able to overcome the inevitable stressors that will come our way, break away from work and life unbalance, overcome addictions and loss of self-control, heal, and eliminate or confront unwanted troubles, become better creators. We are able to attain focus and boost our breath performing strength.
If you seek to live life to its fullest, you must build your body and mind simultaneously to upgrade the equilibriums of the important factors of your life and business.
The concept, in a nutshell, the equilibrium practice is simply the resurrection of the real potentials of human strength, both physically and inwardly, and its application in developing a genuine connection between the body and mind that encompasses the general human resilience, and healthy life maintenance that is practicable, sustainable, and durable in the twenty-first-century world.
Fitness and resilience building with Dudu
The aim of the practice is to reach fulfillment with as little stress as possible.

The practice uses what is known as Ehoho equilibrium training to reach body fitness. A process that utilizes breathing along with body movement to actualize strength and stamina growth.
RESILIENCE
This is obtained through the understanding of equilibrium as the most important prerequisite to growth. The focus is on the three most important factors of life: relationship, purpose, and principle.
