EHOHO Resistance With Bar/Dumbbell Challenge

This challenge can be used in the build-up of the muscular and respiratory system towards more explosive resistance using bar/dumbbells and body weight.

Breathe in at contraction and slowly breathe out (preferably through your mouth) and you loosen up. This can also be done in reverse.

Extreme heavy weights are not necessary as the aim is to have you concentrate on your breath at all times. The challenge can be done by targeting any muscle of the body. As you move up the challenge, it is advisable to focus on the supersets system.

A superset training is when you move quickly from one dumbbell and breathe exercise position to a separate exercise without taking a break for rest in between.

Objective – Increase your resilience through resistance and deep breaths and help you attain your prime focus point.
