Push and breathe challenge

This represents a continuation of the plank and breaths challenge, the push and breathe Ehoho breathing challenge is designed to help you build those inner shock absorbers through the application of the science that defines the connection of the respiratory system to the human nervous and musculoskeletal systems.

The push and breath exercise can be done in several pushups styles.

Down and deep breathe. Push up and slowly breathe out (preferably through your mouth). This can also be done in reverse.

The challenges range from time intervals of 20 seconds to 5 minutes. Each stage can be repeated or as preplanned by your coach.

Objective – Increase your resilience through resistance and deep breaths and help you attain your prime focus point.
