You will need a pull-up bar. Always remember to concentrate on your breath.

Pull up and deep breathe. Down and slowly breathe out (preferably through your mouth). This can also be done in reverse.

Objective – Increase your resilience through resistance and deep breaths and help you attain your prime focus point.
